The item comes as seen in the image and the condition of the figure vehicle is played with and used. There is some paint rub and play marks, action is untested as missing the battery cap, but looks like battery staining so wouldn't work unless you are good at that sort of stuff. includes the seat belt thats always missing. the item looks really good on display. the stickers are peeling. See images, displays really well.
