The item comes as seen in the image and the condition of the playset is played with and used. There is some paint rub and play marks, Stands well. nothing broken though, and all actions work. includes 9 figures, two with accessories, slithe and Lion-o and one repo accessories thrown in or though its fragile and breaking so may not make it, but its repo so doesn't matter. all figures are played with and some stand well, others need adjusting. good display condition. Really nice Thundercats Logo on the front of this one, they are always damaged but this looks great as you can see.
