The item comes as seen in the image and the condition of the figure is unplayed with as has never been opened. no issues, only the band on the figure inside has gone hard and broken but thats the display part.

Packaging this is good to fair with some creases and scuffs, There is some creases and scuffs as to be expected. there is a cut on the side where the company removed the action man power points prior to sending to the winners.
