The item comes as seen in the image and the condition of the Zapper is played with, the stickers are fine. when battery's are in the sound works fine. the bulb has gone but you can get these online quite easy for cheap. the contacts on the inside have snapped unfortunately so unless someone can fix them im not sure it would work. nice for play or display. no battery's included. Used. Bulb Code is PR2.
