The item comes as seen in the image and the condition of the toy is played with and used, but still works fine, has a few scuffs and scratches but nothing major, no breaks.

the packaging has some scuffs and slight rips on sections but otherwise still colourful and bright. the art on this is fantastic, and this is from 1990.
