The item comes as seen in the image and the condition of the game is in good condition, complete with Box and manual. Game tested and works perfectly fine.. Box has had moisture damage so the sleeve and manual may have rips, creases, pages stuck and scuffs so not mint.  The games in this lot that this came from were all kept separate from the boxes in a storage case so never got the damage. Tested and works fine. See All Images.
