The item comes as seen in the image and the condition of it is played with, this is incomplete, as missing a few parts, such as spider-mans web, kingpin, Rhino figures and building parts. includes a spider-an figure, hobgoblin, and spider, plus rocket and a few other bits. The battery seems to have leaked. otherwise all still looks good, all actions seem to work and would look good on display.

Packaging this is good to fair with some creases and scuffs, and is miss shaped at the top, no inner. There is some creases and scuffs as to be expected.
