The item comes as seen in the image and the condition of the item is used but has been played with but really nice condition. does show signs of wear, with marks and slight scuffs to his face, there isn't really any rips on the cover itself, this was a hot water bottle cover (wouldn't recommend using as that) but also puppet on the head. there is a small crack on the inside plastic but doesn't take anything away from the item, the tag has been ripped at the end.  still really fluffy and needs some love. Really good for display. no packaging.
