Figure ☆
The item comes as seen in the image and the condition of the figure is played with and used. There is some paint rub and play marks, Thunder tank is in nice condition, But action works, no parts broken. includes the tracks. there is a small stress mark on the wheel at the rear, and some discolouration on one flap. action works fine. scuffs and scratches from play especially on base.  In good display condition. 

Packaging ☆
This has original box. the box is in a good shape and holds shape nicely, it does how ever have several holes on the front, sides, and rear, where someone played with it. they have been pushed back so maybe someone could repair them at some point, but still displays quite well
