The item comes as seen in the image and the condition of the figure is not played with as never been removed from card. the figure is in mint condition as still inside blister, nice holograms also.

Packaging ☆
The card is in nice condition, with sticker marks at the top, pen mark on the eagle (which is hard to see when displaying) small dog ear, and creases. the blister has ever so slight separation on the inside at the top as is common with these figure.
